Why isn’t shipping available outside of Toronto?
The Using Trees Shop is currently only able to offer local delivery. This launch also coincides with a Canada Post strike making logistics more complicated and costs higher.
If you are interested in purchasing an item and live outside the delivery zone please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request. Accommodations can only be made within Canada.
Where exactly is pick-up located?
Pick up for all Using Trees products will be available in Toronto’s Little Italy neighbourhood. Upon completion of a purchase, you will be emailed the exact address and pick-up details.
Am I able to cancel or return my order?
All Using Trees items are final sale except in the case of exceptional circumstances. If you have an issue with one of your products please contact us.

How do I care for my items?
Wood is a natural material prone to slight variations and change in response to humidity, temperature and environment. Every effort has been taken to prepare pieces which will be long lasting.
Each piece has care instructions either listed on the product page on our website or provided with your purchase. If you have any specific questions beyond these basic outlines or inquiries on the material or construction, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
